Congress Trying to Give NASA More Money?
Wonder of wonders. The Senate Appropriations Committee yesterday approved legislation to increase NASA funding to $17.46 billion for fiscal year 2008. This is an increase of $1.2 billion.
Finally! I guess they realized short changing NASA results in crippling NASA's science programs.
Although a little too late for some programs, hopefully Congress will finally realize the potential NASA still has for our nation, and ultimately the planet.
