ESA ATV Delayed 24 Hours
The launch of the European Space Agency's ATV, the Jules Vern, has been delayed 24 hours to March 9. The delay is because of "technical concerns." The launch is now scheduled for 0359 GMT on Sunday.
More delays. Jeez, what else is new?
