In case you missed it in the avalanche of news this morning, SpaceDev has made a
press release on their selection as a
Commercial Orbital Transportation Services (COTS) finalist. COTS is a NASA program to purchase LEO launch services from private companies at a fixed rate. The final announcement of the winning three companies is scheduled for
August 2006.
